Tonal Tinnitus
Tonal tinnitus is one type of tinnitus which is way prevalent. This is a general tinnitus in which person can hear buzzing, chirping, and ringing sound in the ears. Tonal tinnitus is caused because of extreme ear wax by the loud noise and also be caused because of some medications.
If tinnitus is caused because of certain medications then after discontinuing the medication, tinnitus will go away. If cause of tinnitus is loud voice then hearing loss and tinnitus may be permanent or not.
