The passive listeners may play music in background or use a headphone at the time of doing work or study. In case of active listeners, participants must have to give attention to music. They are associated with different topics such as humming along, tapping out music, and singing along either silently or loud.
The passive and active participants listen music for 30 minutes, 3 times in day and maintain a journal of that. These two groups and counseling participants are using the music which helps them for sleep.
Dentists, psychologist and physicians also take help of music for making people relax. It is also required for good sleep and neurological activities like learning and the concentration.
